QUILTING CLASSES - Quilting classes start on Thursday, September 9. Advanced quilting classes are on Fridays and beginners are on Thursdays. There are ten classes  each, two hours long. The cost for the ten classes is $20. If you are interested in participating please come in and sign up at the front desk, e-mail the library at the_librarian@umatillalibrary.com, or give us a call at 669-3284. Space is limited!!

At this time the Friends Of The Umatilla Library are actively recruiting members. "Friends" purpose is to enhance the quality of the library's collection and to support patron services. If you are interested in working with a group of people that are actively supporting and enhancing our community please call the library.

Lake County Library System is proud to offer a FREE county-wide Adult Literacy Program.

Trained volunteer tutors are located at branch and member libraries , as well as two satellite locations, Eustis and Round Lake Elementary School. Tutors meet with adult learners for one-on-one sessions and small group classes. Click here for more information.
